30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact us at returns@caello.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can assess the situation and rectify it.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on:

• Customized products (e.g., personalized jerseys).

• Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

• Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the original item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This policy excludes customized products.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Additional Policies

Unused Products: Products must be unused to qualify for a return or refund.

Warranty and Guarantee: Refer to our warranty and guarantee policies for items used beyond initial testing.

Shipping Costs: Initial refunds will have the shipping cost retained. For returns, both shipping costs are retained. Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis.

International Returns: These will be evaluated individually.

Customized Gear: Exchange policy does not apply to customized gear.
